Our New Associate Dr. Rushi Patel is available for Evening and Saturday hours by appointment only.
The office is closed Friday and Sunday. However, Dr. Reyes is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to see you when you have an emergency that can't wait until we are back in the office.

Should you require emergency attention, please call our office and describe your condition to our experienced staff. We will do everything possible to see you immediately.
24 Hours Emergency Care:
Our Patients of Record enjoy 24 hours emergency service. If you have been in the office during the last 18 months you are a patient of record. Just call (352) 494-4768 or 494-4766 and talk to Dr. Reyes on his emergency line.
Referrals
We always accept new patients into our practice and welcome your friends and family. Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and is greatly appreciated.
Appointments
We will make every effort to see you on time and we expect you to be on time for your appointment. We want to make sure that you have an extraordinary first appointment! We also want you to enjoy every single one of your visits to our office.
As a new or returning patient we will customize an appointment so that it will meet your needs. Whether you are coming to our office for the first time because of an emergency, a routine cleaning, or a comprehensive exam, we need basic information to make sure we offer you great service.
To expedite your appointment and the needed treatment we have facilitated you with this website. Here, you can take care of the paperwork that precedes your dental appointment and even helps you understand the financial arrangements before you come to the office.
Yes, we are accepting new patients! If you are a new patient, please click on the New Patient Registration at the top. We hope this makes your first appointment easy and stress free.
Appointment Cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. A 48 hours advance cancellation call is needed to avoid fees for "services not rendered due to a patient missed appointment." Make sure you understand and agree with this office policy. Missed appointment fees are not a punishment; they are a way of compensating the office for lost production time. If you are scheduled on a Monday, please contact us by the previous Thursday morning.
Our Fees
Our fees are a reflection of our commitment to excellence. It is impossible to deliver excellent care and charge for mediocrity.
Our office is committed to helping our patients receive their needed dental treatment in a financially stress free environment. Our administrative staff will do their best to help you achieve you goals to afford the needed dentistry.
For your convenience we also accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.
Quoting Over the Phone
We can only reach an estimate once we (the doctor) has seen the patient and evaluated his/her wants and needs. It is almost impossible to quote over the phone with any degree of accuracy.
Sometimes a range in fees for a procedure can be offered over the phone but we will only know what a patient needs when we examine him/her.
We provide free private consultations relating to any dental problem of your concern. We will answer all of your questions. We will go over all of the charges in advance and we will not start any dental treatment without your approval.
Information on Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance plays a role in helping some people obtain dental treatment. Some insurance companies do it more effectively than others do. Since we strongly feel our patients deserve the best possible dental care we can provide, and in an effort to maintain the highest standard of care, we would like to share with you some facts about Dental Insurance and about our practice.
Fact #1: We do not work for insurance companies and we do not wish to do so. We work 100% for our patients! We will help you maximize your benefits but we will not allow insurance companies to affect the quality of dentistry we offer to our patients.
Fact #2: Dental Insurance is not a PAY-ALL, it is only meant to be an aid. It is neither a guarantee of payment. ("Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment")Your dental insurance cannot and will not offer you the same coverage you have under your medical insurance.
Fact #3: Dental Insurance will tell you they will cover 100%, 80% or 50% of the dentist's fees. The fact is that they will cover a percentage of a predetermined allowance per procedure which is characteristic of your specific policy. It has nothing to do with the dentist's fees and everything to do with your specific policy.
Fact #4: The amount of coverage you have is directly proportional to the amount of premium you pay. If your premium is low, so are your benefits!
Fact #5: Some insurance companies sell policies with a very limited schedule of benefit. Many dental procedures are not contemplated and are then the patient's financial responsibility.
Fact #6: It is our experience that many dental insurance companies are behind in dentistry up to 20 years.
Fact #7: Our staff is on your side, they will help you receive all the benefits you are entitled to. They are also here to help you understand your benefits and schedule of allowances.
Fact #8: We have no control over your dental needs, we have no control over your dental coverage, and we can only control the quality of dentistry we offer our patients. We have made a commitment to only offer the highest quality in dental services.
Fact #9 You are ultimately responsible for all the fees associated to services provided to you and your family. You will be responsible for any fees not paid by insurance.
Fact #10: Assignment of Benefits is a privilege that we extend to a very exclusive portion of our patients. Try not to lose that privilege since it will not be extended twice.
Financing With Our Financial Partners

If our staff has recommended that you pre-qualify yourself through one of these entities, it is because they want to expedite your treatment and help you afford the needed dentistry.
Pre-Qualification:
Pre-qualification has become the most popular way of facilitating treatment, speeding up the procedures and making your visit to our office a most pleasant one.
